FeedbackА вот эта посылка в отличие от предыдущей была упакована очень неоптимально. Вес всех товаров был 3.5 кг. Цель была уложиться с упаковкой в 4.5 кг. К сожалению общий вес превысил планируемый на целый килограмм. После распаковки я определил проблемные решения. 1 - Коробка была из очень плотного и тяжелого картона. 2 - Размер коробки был излишне большой, были пустоты. 3 - Пустоты заполнялись не только воздушными подушками, было некоторое количество бумаги и куски обычной пластиковой плёнки, что добавило вес. 4 - Коробку подрезали по высоте, но оставили большие загибающиеся элементы, которые перекрывали друг друга в нахлест, что так же добавило лишнего веса. В итоге неоптимальная упаковка стоила лишних 2000 йен при оценке пересылки. |

FeedbackЗдесь сработали просто на отлично. Все оставшиеся товары я решил разбить на 2 ems посылки равного веса и стоимости. Общий вес товаров был 3.5 кг. Нужно было максимально эффективно запаковать, что бы вложиться с упаковкой в 4.5 кг. Сделали все очень эффективно, посылка вышла как раз под 4.5 кг. Изумительно! |

FeedbackЗдесь немного все прошло не по плану. Я хотел разгрузить общую таможенную стоимость оставшихся вещей, что бы избежать пошлины. Я хотел отправить пару дорогих вещей и добить одной дешёвой, если останется место. К сожалению меня не так поняли и самый дорогой предмет оставили на складе. Упаковали дешёвый и средней стоимости. В итоге дорогую вещь пришлось отправлять в следующей посылке с превышением таможенного лимита и платить пошлину. |

FeedbackWas very nervous about ordering from Japan to the UK for the first time, was a big purchase from a designer clothing brand. However, I was updated the whole way along, tracking and paying was simple, my item arrived on it's due date (even over the Christmas period)! Honestly would recommend, I ordered a huge wool coat and it only cost £34 to ship with 6-8 days delivery through FedEx option - So happy, would purchase through ZenMarket again in a heartbeat. FeedbackGood morning (evening) friends. Most recent parcel arrived. All individual products SUPERBLY packed. I particularly like the cello bags with auction number--very nice, easy to identify multiple items of the same type. The overall box was still not quite full, with loose space inside that allowed one side of the box to collapse, but there were NO damages inside, fortunately. All items were also exactly as described-happy to see that. All in all a very good parcel, I thank you for your attention to detail.
