FeedbackAmazing! This was my first time using Zenmarket. I wanted to ship a pair of sneakers that I could only find on a Japanese website (it was a French brand, sold out everywhere except Japan) to the USA. I was a little wary because I've never used these sites before and I'm pretty skeptical about how reliable they are. However, the whole process was super smooth. There was a slight hiccup where the shipping option I chose wasn't available for shipping shoes (U.S. import customs would've sent them back), so I got lucky that EMS became available on June 1, 2021. The shoes shipped here FAST! I was totally shocked, I feel like they arrived in 2-3 days or something. Wonderfully packed, very safe and protected with lots of bubble wrap, clean and sturdy box. I am really happy with how this went and won't hesitate to use Zenmarket again for any hard to find things! |

FeedbackThis is my first time using ZenMarket and it went so well! The site is easy to navigate. I bought items from Amazon and Yahoo Auctions and had no issues with it. Estimated time of arrival is the same as the time they arrived to the warehouse. I chose EMS for shipping and it said that it will take atleast 1 week for my items to get shipped, but it only took me 4 days (actually 3 days if you don’t count Sunday). I’m from the US, shipping costed more than the items itself and I was already expecting it. Lastly, my items are just plushies but they packed my items so well that it took me awhile to open it. |

FeedbackPaid for one week delivery just for it to get put on a ship container and still not arrived. Since it is the start of June I imagine it has only actually just left Japan this week when I ordered on the 18th of May, it's the 7th of June now. No air mail options like other japan address services. DO NOT USE Zenmarket. You can even check the tracking number yourself |
