I sent them messages through their built-in messaging system through the entire process and they always got back with an answer within 24 hours. The service fees you pay to ZenMarket are almost immaterial next to the level of service you get. I barely felt it next to the weighty shipping fees hahaha (you pay the same shipping fees through any similar service). When the items shipped domestically to the ZenMarket warehouse, they packed and shipped everything out very quickly. I chose the Zen Express Standard Parcel, which took about 3 weeks to ship from Japan to my house in the US. The tracking you get with this shipping method is very regular and detailed: I got over 10 tracking messages from shipment to delivery with each one memo'd where it was at each step of the way. The package arrived securely taped and boxed, wrapped with paper, bubble wrap, and the actual products are wrapped in plastic. My items arrived in perfect condition (not a single scratch on the box either which is even more impressive). Overall, this was an extremely fast and efficient process. I would STRONGLY recommend ZenMarket to anyone looking for a third party international shipping service for Booth goods or whatever they support. I will be coming back next time my wallet can afford to pay!!! Bewertung
