Not only was the process of payment smooth and efficient, the customer service for any inquiry I had was really helpful and they were very clear with instructions, not to mention highly friendly and respectful too!

Feedback我買了一把貝斯，整個交易的進行速度有點慢，可能是我還不習慣日本代購的節奏，不過一到台灣海關速度就變快了，昨天還在清關，結果今天下午就送到了，貝斯包裝做得很好，除了具備防護效果的琴袋之外，總共還有兩層紙箱保護，感覺兩層應該都是島村樂器包裝的，代購方增加保護的應該是邊角的厚紙板。
總之，琴被保護得很好，剛剛試過琴也都沒問題，除了速度之外，其餘的經驗都很好，第一次請代購購買這麼高單價的物品，本來很擔心，看來是多慮了。 |
