I always pay the extra Y1,000 for packaging and it is well worth the cost as the staff at Zen does such a great job wrapping the items.
A big thank you to all those at Zen for the great work they do. I hope the company takes good care of their employees, they deserve it!

I was a little surprised at the shipping cost for a fishing reel relative to a rod so I chose "Surface Transport" to save money. It did take about 2 months to arrive, Zen said it could take up to 3 months so it wasn't unexpected, but just something to consider if buying a reel.
Paid extra for the packing, as I always do, and the staff at Zen did a GREAT job with the packaging and the reel arrived safely. The staff at Zen is fantastic.

It took around a week to just receive a shipping quote and I don't know why; previous shipments needed around two days. I had to message if there was a possible delay or something. I was told it would be looked at and about an hour later, I received my shipping price. No explanation was given why it was taking so long. |

FeedbackAbsolutely wonderful job packing-nothing was damaged at all. I do wish that I had been informed that a Tamogatchi I ordered was not included likely due to battery issues, but it is not a crucial item for me. Thank you again, the packaging was excellent and I am very very happy with all of my items. |
