I love that you can have them upload photos of the product you ordered (especially if an item is second hand) so you can feel confident in what you’re buying. When I received my package it looked fantastic. Zen goes above and beyond with the packaging. They use an appropriate sized box that is strong and rigid. They put plenty of packing material to ensure the items are well protected and the add additional protection to the outside of the shipping box to strengthen the box even more. I am very happy with the entire process and will purchase through Zen Market place again. Rating

What's the point of investing so much in a Turkish version if you're just going to disregard the challenges of the region?

Putting the shipping value in invoices, pushes the limit above the 150 euro automatic easy handling limit and risk things.		 Rating
