FeedbackMy package arrived in perfect condition thanks to how well ZenMarket wrapped and protected everything inside. There were two dents made in the outer box during shipping, but the insides were safe and unharmed.
I also wish to thank the customer support team for helping to prevent an import issue with one of my items. One item was a shirt which could have caused either a delay through customs or a flat-out return. The support team recommended a better shipping method which would not have this issue. They switched my original method for me, saving me time and frustration.
Thank you all so much for such a great service! Looking forward to using ZenMarket again very soon :) |
