ご意見・ご感想Excellent service. The parcel arrived quite quickly, within 11 days from the date of dispatch. Each item was carefully wrapped and was delivered in perfect condition. I am very happy that Zenmarket was able to order the items I wanted from the Japanese brand's official website (bento box, chopsticks) and various items from Rakuten. I will definitely be using the service again whenever I need to order something from Japan. |

Was able to easily package all my chosen items together, and change shipping methods when needed.
When the package arrived with all my chosen items combined, everything was securely packaged within a suitable sized box with a plentiful of bubblewrap and clear packaging to prevent any damage to any of the items. Took great care overall with the items and packaging, and shipping was quicker than originally expected. Look forward to my experience with the 2nd parcel, and look forward to using this proxy service for any future planned purchases. |

ご意見・ご感想Замовляв асорті вінтажних Hi-Fi товарів 80-х рр. в колекцію (різні лоти складені в 1 посилку для відправлення в Україну: платівка, стилус, кілька кабелів та каталогів), додавав опцію для додаткового посилення. Усе дійшло не просто неушкодженим, а наче телепортованим через півсвіту. Піклування про збереження цінних речей просто неймовірне, як з точки зору геометричної безпеки та щільності, так і розмежування між ними. Отримав велике задоволення просто від розпакування. Щиро дякую за можливість ескапізму в ці непрості часи. |
