干した大根スライスをオリジナル調味液につけた漬物です。大根主体で、しょうが、こんぶ、唐辛子を混ぜています。ほかの日本産や中国産の大根の漬物に比べて甘くないです。
おいしい食べ方
１）そのまま、またはレモンやライムをかけて。
２）そのままチャーハンに混ぜて
３）軍艦巻きや海苔巻きに入れて
賞味期間 製造後1年間
常温で発送しますが、到着後は暗い冷蔵庫に保管してください。保管中に色が暗くなっても問題ありません。
