What is "parcel value"?

When you create your parcel, after choosing all the products you want to consolidate, "Price of items in the parcel" - or "Parcel value" will show up.

Price of items in the parcel consists of actual price of the items, not including shipping fee within Japan.

How to use the Promo Code?

Once all your items have arrived at the ZenMarket warehouse create a parcel from the Parcels tab on your ZenMarket account.

Enter Promo Code ZEN2023 on the payment window that comes up and your discount will be applied automatically.

Terms & Conditions

Please check the following terms and conditions carefully to ensure you are eligible for and are able to use your discount:

Customers must enter the promotional code (ZEN2023) and pay for their parcel during the campaign period (January 21st 00:01 JST - March 1st 23:59 JST 2023). The promotional code will not be valid outside of the campaign period.
The discount applies to parcels shipped using EMS, AVIA Small, AVIA, Surface, ECMS, & SF Express shipping methods. Parcels shipped using shipping methods other than those listed here are not eligible for the discount.
There are only certain countries / regions eligible for the discount. The parcel must be shipped to one of the following destinations. Parcels bound for destinations other than those listed below are not eligible for the discount:

The promotional code may only be used one (1) time per customer during the campaign period. Each customer can only ship one (1) parcel using the promotional code.
The total discount that will be applied will be based on the value of the parcel getting shipped. There are four (4) discount tiers according to the following table:

Parcel Value	Discount
0 - 9,999 JPY	10% off international shipping fee
10,000 - 29,999 JPY	20% off international shipping fee
30,000 - 79,999 JPY	50% off international shipping fee
80,000+ JPY	80% off international shipping fee

Promotional Codes cannot be canceled once used and cannot be exchanged for monetary value of any form.
Since it generally takes 3-5 working days to create a package, it is recommended that you make the package at least 5 days before the end of the campaign period to ensure the promotional code can be used.
ZenMarket has the authority to change the terms and conditions of this promotion and make the final decision regarding matters relating to the mechanics of this promotion at any time.
