As Christmas season is fast approaching, we would like to remind you of the expected Christmas delivery delays. These delivery delays may affect parcels shipped to Europe, America, and Asia with Airmail, SAL, and EMS. Also, due to the ongoing typhoon delay, the delay period may increase.

Parcels containing Christmas presents may be delayed. Therefore, we recommend that you purchase and ship any Christmas presents as soon as possible.

For customers residing in Belgium:

Due to an ongoing Belgium Post strike that started last week on November 6th, there are delivery delays for parcels heading to Belguim with Airmail, SAL, and EMS. Delivery tracking updates may also be delayed.

For customers residing in Canada:

Due to an ongoing strike by Canada Post, all parcels sent by Airmail, SAL, and EMS shipped to Canada will be on hold by Japan Post. Potential delays are possible for delivery and tracking information.
