DHL Packet Standard/Packet Plus Are Back

Thank you for your patience. We are finally happy to announce that the “Small Packet” shipping options for DHL eCommerce Packet Plus and Packet Standard are back.

Some changes in the service:

1. Packet Standard is now available for the following countries only:
Australia, Austria, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Korea (South), Macau, Malaysia; Netherlands, Spain, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam
*Tracking information is limited and is not available within the recipient’s country.

2. Parcels will be shipped twice a week (Monday or Thursday).
*We usually need about 2~ business days to fully process the package, so please, keep it in mind, and build your calculation based on this information.

3. Price list (link to zenmarket.jp/calc.aspx) has been updated.

4. While we are looking into ways to resolve the situation, for the meantime DHL Direct will not be resumed.
