大きさは、縦29.6cm×横22.6cm×厚さ1.7cm、計256ページあります。
以前、大阪市生野区のコリアタウンに近い古書店で購入しました。
日本では非常に入手困難な希少本です。
文字表記はいずれもハングルですが、カラー写真と絵が多いので、朝鮮（韓国）語が分からなくても楽しめるはずです。

内容は、北朝鮮の映画、演劇、音楽、絵画、マスゲームなどの芸術を網羅した内容です。
金日成、金正日の写真、絵も数多く掲載されており、プロパガンダ目的の絵画では、実物よりもかっこよく描かれているのが笑えます。
