FeedbackFirst time using zen market and I will definitely be using it again, I ordered back in March and it did say it would be here around March 18th or so which was far off from the actual release date of the item. I was okay with that but the package arrived at the warehouse by April 11th, it took close to 4 days to package the item which is really long but after that it took about 3 days to get from Osaka Japan to my Indiana doorstep. Anyways, recommend 10/10 will be using again in the future. Thanks Zenmarket! |

FeedbackItem arrived in good condition and was packaged very well. Shipping with Avia (small parcel) took 14 days, the estimation was ~12 days. The shipping cost was very reasonable. I would recommend this service. |

FeedbackEverything arrived in perfect condition and fast, There was a small issue with the prepaid VAT on the couriers side (UPS) as they ended up recognizing it but the prepaid VAT got refunded quickly by ZenMarket after providing them proof of VAT payment. |
